Another classic on the "hook"

Another tow for a classic British sports car! This one a 1978 MG-B. Second MG-B in as many months (see earlier blogs), which is a rarity to say the least. I think I've towed maybe 15 or 20 of these British sports cars of all makes (MG, Triumph, Austin-Healey) over the years. I've towed a fair number of Jaguars, of course, and still do, but I don't group them in with this class. Owner of this little beauty had a 1st generation Chevy Corvair sitting next to it. Wow! AFAIK, I don't believe I've ever had a Corvair on the hook. Maybe next time.

Someday I'll have to dig out an old picture of MY British sports car (my first car when I was 16), a bright yellow 1966 Austin-Healey Sprite Mark III.

Everything seems to cost more lately, doesn't it? Towing is no exception. Just the cost of fuel alone is driving increased prices for nearly everything. Fortunately we run a gas engine in our wheel
